During the 2016 election a guy using the pseudonym Ricky Vaughan was busy tearing up twitter, naming the merchants and generally triggering the neons. He was also behind those macros encouraging Hillary voters to "vote from home" by texting a particular number. Shortly after the election he was doxxed by the huffpo, a RINO and a jew.
The justice department sat on this information for four years, the whole way through the Trump presidency, and only when Biden was installed decided to do something about it. It's pure political prosecution, he's accused of defrauding voters by lying to them about voting procedures.
Only trouble is, there is no criminal definition of fraud at a federal level that covers such an action. Of course, as with any wrongthink these days the prosecution is the punishment. They're flipping a coin hoping he'll get ten years and if not they'll still be happy to waste years of his life and empty his bank accounts.

The article relied on a "white supremecist" RINO who originally named Vaughan for good-goy points. Also a jewish documentary maker who interviewed Vaughan on condition of anonymity.
