Working on my COVID religious exemption request. I thought you might like to see the shit they spew out.

Have you been previously vaccinated?

Yes

If “Yes” to the previous question, please provide an explanation in the Appendix Sheet detailing any changes in your religion, belief, or observance that have occurred since your last immunization, or the reason(s) that you believe your religion, belief, or observance now prevents you from receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.

This is a leading question and is wholly offensive as it precludes answers which are not based on a general "anti-vaccine" philosophy or spiritual belief. As such, it is completely irrelevant as worded and in the future I would strongly appreciate not being grouped with anti-vaccine people. Further, “the COVID-19 vaccine” is an uneducated view which clearly and plainly says that all COVID vaccines are identical. They are not. Moderna and Pfizer are mRNA technologies, Johnson & Johnson is an adenoviral vector approach. All three use the full spike protein sequence. Novavax uses a protein subunit approach where moth cells are used to incubate viral patterns before refinement and introduction to soapbark tree extract to boost immune response. Please keep this in mind going forward.

I'm writing what amounts to a sermon and I really should have been a minister or something... Imma have some of my family (lots of preachers in my family) review it before posting here and submitting. Keep your eyes open for it.

In the meantime, look up 1 Thessalonians 5: 21.

Thank you totes, for the informative answer.

Persoanlly, I haven't used any pharmacuetical items since my whole eye issues 8-10 years ago, and was just being shoved on pill after pill after pill after pill.

I haven';t found a doctor in my area that will do anything othere than prescribe pharmacological concoctions for any symptom, regardless.

I was sitting there in pain, shoving drug after drug after drug in my body, causing who knows what damage, and in the end of that 13 month ordeal, I still lost the eye. I haven't taken a pharacological concoction since then. I picked up a "herbal remedy" book, and my MIL found a 1940s "home remedies" encyclopedia that has been a god send. Headache? Willow bark and some peppermint tea instead of popping a couple excedrin and I'm good to go, no liver damage to deal with.

Considering I may be int eh same boat, I am looking at options. Just leaving and going to contract work only may be my route, but I also want to be forced out in that scenario. I have a sincerely held belief that pharmacological concoctions are evil and will not take them. I have medical proof of zero prescriptions since 2012-2013, so I am consistent.

Anyways, thanks for the information - I had not made the logical jump to the "how do they accommodate" per the law, just the "who are they to judge my personally held beliefs" part of the law, but, for example, "being a vegan for health" is not the same as "being a vegan because I believe the killing of animals for food is immoral." The former is a lifestyle, the latter is akin to a religious belief.

Anyways, thanks, goat!

edit: I actually read the whole thread, and not just our exchange I understand where the MUH FREEDOM you mentioned came from now!
