So I tell him to connect me to someone who can answer my policy questions. I get VM for hospital media contact and leave message.
I suspect Kevin is a nigger based on his hood rat dialect when frustrated, and I call him back. "Kevin, thanks for connecting me to the Karen the media contact. I apologize for being rude a moment ago." OK "Im curious, are you black?"
