I wish I had a picture of my parents' basement custom stereo. It came with the house when they bought it because it was built into the house! A 50s or 60s stereo that was about 30 feet long, five feet tall, and three feet deep (guessing based upon old memories). It could play reel-to-reel audio and had vacuum tubes. One reel was a recording of some Apollo mission launch. This recording turned up to maximum would literally shake the entire house.
