Not quite back to my old weight but I'm not too concerned about that. Those 5 lbs will show up in a week or two.
I changed my regimen though to more of a fighters stylized strength training over just strength training. I am adding far more core rotational strength. Don't know the name of the machine but it adjusts vertical head to toe with a weighted cable. I set that at various heights for targets head and body shots.. and then in guard I'll rotate the whole core, then I'll do it in a jab form, and then the hook form.. turn around and reverse it for resetting the guard from various strike locations. Results.. mot much to show right away but the shoulder definition I never had before had arrived very fast this time. Ache and pains in the abs tell me it working though.
