Note that in several years (96, 98, 00, 01, 02), a strangely high number of white on black rapes are reported. I suspect that hispanic rapist data is being used here to inflate and distort these stats.

Not buying it. There's always gonna be some criminal methhead White guy who will assault one of the criminal negresses he hangs out with.
