The Declaration of Independence is justification for violence. It includes a preamble laying out a higher law, a list of King George's violations, and a plea to the "candid world" to review these facts and recognize the authority of The People to carry out violence against the King.
Violence is not the authority. Without moral backing and the support of good men, violence alone is always defeated. "Hearts and minds" has become a cliche joke of a battlefield only because the USA attempting to win it with faggotry. But this is really where the battle takes place and is ultimately won. Violence isn't even a means to an end. It's merely a symptom.
