@Greased_Lightning is right. Anybody on Voat should be using LBRY for hosting content. If you still have a channel on Youtube, you can just one-click import it onto Odysee, which is owned by LBRY inc. It is not just videos. You can host all kinds of files there.
LBRY is a superior protocol, because it is Free Software. LBRY is distributed, not centralized like other video sharing sites. There are incentives to use it too: LBC is a crypto you can earn and donate viewing content.
There is an unofficial fork of the LBRY client, so if LBRY "turns evil" you will still be able to view, download and seed all the files there. If you are a Patriot, get over there today, and tell your friends. Try and find some good channels.
You can livestream there on Odysee now too. Suggested bitrate is 2Mbps, or 1.5Mbps if there is buffering.
