What kind of place do you want this subverse to be? It's currently a free for all and I don't mind too much. If you want it to be something more specific, let's talk about it.
Personally I'm not a fan of a long list of "do not" rules. I'd rather define a something and then remove offtopic posts. Currently that something is "anime stuff".
Though, I don't see that much interest here for anime in general and if the only request you have is to make X against the rules without actually wanting to contribute anything here, it might be better for you to hide this subverse altogether.
You can post wherever. This topic was made because people complained that there were no rules. But it looks like everyone is happy with there being no rules. Other than that it has to be anime stuff, of course.
