That video you linked never actually says that mRNA alters DNA.
I think the bigger danger is that some plain RNA and the necessary enzymes to integrate it into DNA could be easily smuggled in along with the mRNA. Who would notice until the damage had already been done?
The resemblance to Bill Gates is all in the nose and the diabolical smirk.
