The welfare blacks understand how to work the system to get free stuff. I worked with a few before. They may know nothing about their job, but they sure know all about working the system to get all their gibs because it's anti white system in their favor. They just put on a little act about how white man is racist to them and they get their gibs. There is white and Mexican trash like this, but a majority of blacks are like this because they don't want to work.

Imagine a world with anon-payphones on every other corner and in every business.. imagine being an agency that can not.pin down ID to these conversations. Imagine being an agency that can't access coms in the ghetto due to no telephone land lines working.
Imagine being an agency that has the power to leverage a president to pass a coms for the ghetto bills granting Mexican billionaire the profits. Imagine being an agency that can now I'd and log every single person in the ghetto.. they run that data daily to make predictions just like Google does if not google and they are the same entity.

There are the free cell phones (Obama phones). IDK if they include a data plan. There's a bunch of funds out there that paying customer pay for, those extra "taxes" they add onto every phone and Internet bill, that are suppose to pay for "universal" phone service and broadband. The government decided that since most people use wireless phones now, rather than landlines, that paying private companies to give "free" phones to low income people was the easiest way to accomplish universal service.

So, yes, basically if you can provide some documentation that you do not make much money, you can get free Internet. I'm not aware of it being specifically for black people, but you know they take advantage of all benefits more than whites.
