Tesla is falsely advertising its vehicles’ capabilities and people, too stupid to understand the difference between the “levels” of self-driving capability, believe them to be level 5 rather than level 2 and thus abandon all control of their screaming metal coffins while on the highway.
It’s both. Legally Tesla is the one liable, except there tends to be a grey area whenever “we were ABLE to trick the dumb goyim therefore it’s their FAULT they got tricked” comes up in law.
