Thanks for the read. Funny, there's a 60 something year old man by the same name living in Virginia.

Fuck The Feds! Your government doesn't like you! They set him up on the weapons charge! He was needing money and they paid him more than the shorgun was worth to hack saw the barrel off and to use those charges to coerce him to become a Confidential Informant , which he did not want to nor did he do.

The Ridgers fired first what did they expect ..

US Marshals who wanted to serve papers re the failure of Randy Weaver to attend court for the unlawful manufacture and sale of a sawed off shotgun, arrived at the Weaver household on Ruby Ridge near Naples, Idaho on August 21, 1992.

Deputy US Marshal 42 yo William Francis Degan shot the Weaver's dog where upon 14 yo Samuel Weaver shot him dead, where after he was himself shot dead when the other Marshals returned fire. The next day on August 22, 1992 FBI sniper Lon Horiuchi fired two shots from 200 yards away.

Conflicting accounts say Randy Weaver was hit in the arm and that family friend Kevin Harris was wounded, that Horiuchi's next bullet killed Vicki Weaver and her infant daughter precipitating an 11 day standoff. Harris and Randy Weaver later surrendered both were acquitted of murder, conspiracy and other Federal charges.

Weaver was convicted of failing to appear for trial on the firearms charge, the Federal Government declined to prosecute Horiuchi. ArsTechnica. Britannica.com. Wiki.

No, the feds shot first. You can't just roll up and kill a family's dog and expect that they won't react in kind. If someone shot my dog they'd be signing their death warrant, consequences be damned.

"Police departments grant broad powers to officers to shoot "potentially dangerous dogs," if the officers feel they are in "imminent danger." https://www.aspca.org/about-us/aspca-policy-and-position-statements/position-statements-law-enforcement-response.

It is well known officers of the law shoot aggressive dogs, in anticipation of a visit from lawmen following his failure to appear on the shotguns charge Randy Weaver should have kept the dog chained up .. my own gut feeling is the whole issue was contrived from beginning to end, and that there is a hoax / False Flag element at play here.

PP says, "if someone shot my dog they'd be signing their death warrant, consequences be damned."

All cheese no pickle sport .. Jews attacked the US Sept. 11, 2001 then went ahead and blamed Arabs, you got anything to say about that in the face of calls to bring hundreds of thousands of J's to trial and capital justice under US Law, with an equal number of politicos and newshounds who similarly perpetuate the fiction.

What's so interesting about a name? This means nothing to me. Do you want to give some background on this guy, or at least SOME information?

So Drstrange, you've had some solid posts, but you think a google search is good enough? Hmmm, speaking of " intellectually lazy turds", Mirror mirror on the wall, who's the biggest intellectually lazy turd of all?

BTW, fairly good link here: https://www.grunge.com/210766/the-ruby-ridge-standoff-was-worse-than-you-think/ I've been at my local range when the FBI guys have been shooting rifle (local cops also use the range), and they are crazy accurate, tight groups at long range. There's no way in hell Vicky Weaver was "accidentally" killed. No F***ing way.

It certainly wasn't written to be compelling.

And it was good ol' Bill Barr that worked to keep him from being prosecuted.
