My brother-in-law did that to some Karen that walked her dog by his house and almost every day it would shit in his yard, and Karen would just walk off. He confronted her one day telling her he had little kids that played in the yard, and she just walked off. The next time he ran out, scoop up the dogshit in his bare hand and smeared it in her hair. She called the police, they came around and took a statement, but nothing ever happened. And Karen never walked past his house again.

Part of me doesn't even care if they do scoop most of it up. My yard was 100% shit free before. I kind of want to keep it that way. And I don't want to put up one of those signs. It should be self explanatory without a sign. I don't want shit in my yard.
