19 prior arrests? Really? 🙄 We need stricter mandatory minimum sentences for public nuisances. We've given judges way too much flexibility to reduce sentences. I'm all for rehabilitation, but that's at least 15 chances too many.

Can we start holding judges responsible for letting these people back on the street? If a judge didn’t lower bail ANOTHER crime would not have been committed. Seems like that would make this problem less common.
