And they recently changed the rules so the background checks are run by the state police and not NICS, which means they can deny you for any dumb reason.

Meanwhile, illegals with guns get off with a light warning, if they get prosecuted at all. Heck, based off state law, an illegal with a pound of cocaine and a gun can be at best detained for no more than 24 hours.
