As it wrecks havoc around the country, the military suspect the mostly peaceful Frankenstein giant to be the cuplrit in "The War of the Gargantuas".

After being freed, he sets out for revenge in "Kiss of Death"; then a ruthless criminal is hospitalized after a shoot out with the police, where a corrupt lawyer tries to coerce him into taking the fall for a robbery in order to free his client in "Cry of the City".
