I have the same issue with my old compilation. If i find something and can't relocate it i will be sure to message you.

I'm just alerting the team and getting everyone to share what we have. I'll be writing the skeleton frame and then filling in the meat over the next few days.

Obviously we could spend our entire lifetimes on this subject, so it will be as compressive as reasonable while still demonstrating the facts of the matter beyond doubt to the reader.
