I explained 4 strategies that would fix the site in 2 days. The main one is that if a account tries to downvote a target more than 9 times in one day for comments, or one week for posts the site tells them their downvotes of THAT user will be made VISIBLE to that user (and others) for 48 hours.

anonymity is the current tool of the destructive leftist jews here. actual content in need of downvoting (illegal or spam), can be downvoted with pride assumedly and not being anonymous would not be a detriment in that case.
