It's hard to say. He's offended, PISSED. Wants to fight. The guys who uploaded the clip summed it up perfectly- he believes that this was an insult to him, that they were talking shit about his car, that they were calling him broke or w/e. THAT is what he takes away from the note.

Obviously, a sensible person would see that and go "Holy shit, I wish I could thank whoever left this, saved me a lot of potential trouble!"
