I used to follow various people that talked to (believe they talked to) these "spirits." Sometimes by playing white noise backwards, sometimes in a trance w a notetaker, sometimes just by inviting them in to talk. In every instance they later self-realized the spirit or angel or "entity" was bullshitting them, sometimes with great malice. The epiphany could take 5 years. And the ones who never had the self realization, merely blame themselves for not "listening" or "interpreting" correctly.
At any rate. There is something real about openly inviting these things, and usually to nobodys advantage.
Which is why Id advocate skipping over the bullshit and going to God with your questions.
