Crypto speculators love the pump and dump action. If it were stable they wouldn't have anyone to ream. Instead it goes up and down wildly, so they can sell before it goes down, and buy when the newbies are selling for a fraction of what they paid.

It's the same reason the stock market exists. The rich will always attempt to steal from the desperate poor.

Crypto people always been pretty entertaining. Bitcorn fell to $152 after that first $1100 trip to the moon, and there was much weeping and gnashing of teeth even then.

Seriously though, the volatility in crypto probably makes it an ideal vehicle for obsessive gamblers who scoff at quality of life.

the volatility in crypto

NOOO, IGNORE THAT! BTC is the future! this is how everything will be paid for, even though the prices changes drastically every other day!

Leveraged at x200?!? Nearly $1 Trillion of it in futures, and leveraged ETFs?

I know it shouldn't be hard to believe people would be that stupid to go into debt for billions of dollars to buy Bitcoin, and then allow automated trading force it to be sold at insane losses.

crypto investors lost

only if they sold. Fucking faggot articles like this are so gay.

Or if you were engaged in any sort of trading, especially leveraged.

or if your exchange goes under, or, or, or.

"crypto" is worse than fiat cash, in all ways possible.

"crypto" is worse than fiat cash, in all ways possible.

yeah exactly. I also can't get cryptards to admit crypto only has 'value' specifically BECAUSE it is traded back to fiat.

They make all these dumbass excuses about it being encapsulated whatever stupid shit, but if it's not able to be traded back to US dollars, suddenly it's a shitcoin and not worth having. But I thought fiat was crap, why do you have to trade in to fiat. They can never answer.

The disphits setup an automated "Sell" order if Bitcoin hit a certain price floor.

This latest drop must have tripped that automated order and force-fucked them into taking huge losses... ON DEBT-BASED PRINCIPLE INVESTMENTS.

They earned that loss imho.

BTC is 175 - 200K by 2027. Sorry folks, hate it all you want, you cannot stop the institutional money that is piling in. What are you options? Gold, Silver, Real Estate, bonds, stocks (or equities), cash. I've been watching this since 09 and I used to feel the same way. The real question is this: Where do several quadrillion dollars in global capital end up when fiat money dies? BTC is not going anywhere, anytime soon

Absolute midwit take.

What are you options?! Hurrrr??

A true cryptard.

If BTC doesn't hit 100 on this rebound, expect it to fall, hitting resistance somewhere between the 60's to low 70's.
