Solspring Coconut Oil in the jar from mercolamarket is readily available. Can't vouch for amazon, don't do it. I wouldn't buy olive oil from a grocery. store shelf now. Way back when maybe, but not now. Coincidentally, mercola is having a sale now too.
It's like leading a horse to water. The smart ones will drink. I KNOW Costco probably has big vats of cold pressed unrefined coconut oil. Yeah, it is in plastic but first things first. Costco carries grass-fed tallow. And Kerrygold butter. I don't personally shop there but a family member does. I am most proud of my family for making priorities in their lives and choosing quality foods. What is so funny is that those way more expensive foods satiate the body. A person doesn't have to eat as much. The second best thing a person can do for themselves is to get the best water filter they can.

Most EVOO is fake. Not necessarily toxic but fake. Most restaurant 'calamari' is pig's assholes. Most grains are GMO toxic. Mexican diet is 80% corn. But they won't eat USA Monsanto corn.
All that tax protection money paid for what exactly?
I've been trying the Kasandrinos EVOO. Its good but pricey. 3rd party tested IIRC, although that still doesn't guarantee you're getting real product I suppose.
I might try Terra Delyssa next. Available everywhere, much cheaper, I've read it has hardly any taste though, no spicy kick which is correlated with the beneficial polyphenols.
What can you even do in jew-world to not get jewed? We all know the answer to that, but in the mean time, you've just gotta fumble around in the dark I guess.
