I AM CURRENTLY CONTRACTED TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF A LAW ENFORCEMENT FACILITY....

submitted by Zyklonbeekeeper to HDLunited 9 monthsAug 9, 2024 00:40:07 ago (+17/-0)     (HDLunited)

....am I impressed with the design and the (highly monitored) progress to date after only 3 weeks from kick off, or am I more concerned about why the need for a facility that is more of an impermeable bomb shelter?

The reenforcement steel, "re-bar" displaces 50% of form volume. The volume ratio of re-bar to concrete is 1:1 cubic ft.

After the rebar walls and piers are tied together, at a height of 20ft and 16" in width it's like a solid steel wall that daylight can't be seen.

The steel walls are wrapped in "AVEVA" forms and then filled with a special concrete, this concrete is so sensitive in it's liquid state that it myst be dropped into the forms with an "elephant trunk" , a long, large diameter hose attachment that couples to the standard length hose of the concrete pump truck which allows for the mud to be placed from above and down into the base of the forms, basically spilling the mixture onto the base.

And those are the subsurface walls 30ft deep. This is the "equipment storage" area. It's an interesting design but why?

Is an imposing facility of this form really necessary? What the fuck are they preparing for?

IS THERE SOMETHING THAT MAYBE THE PUBLIC SHOULD KNOW? (of course there is)

And everyone around me asks why I have so much of a hate on for everything and everyone.

The West will eventually, inevitably, experience what it's like to be a "guest" at the KOLYMOR HILTON GULAGS courtesy of the globalist jew .

police stations have had bombs send to them in the past so not that surprising that they'd be built to withstand a basic car bomb

Hang on I'm retarded, what does this mean? The building is being over engineered for what purpose?

@NoRefunds...alas brother NoRefunds, your wretched existence is pained as is ours...for it is my mental affliction that brings me comfort in knowing that WHEN I FUCKING SNAP IT WILL BE OUT OF MY CONTROL...

So I drive trucks all over the country and fly from many different states.

I have noticed an insane amount of giant warehouses being built near airports. I mean 800 thousand sq foot warehouses right next to each other completely empty and more are being built.

There is no fucking way thus much warehouse space is needed

Now throw in the TSA they are literaly a perfectly trained jail staff they even dress similar. They are educated on weapon detection and have a similar leader ship style.

Now if this gulag scenario was ever to be played out they have the warehouses and the man power in every state very close to every airport.

Just a theory

It could simply be the contractor maxxing out the specs to make the most possible money, and greasing the palms of the dude that signed off on it

@Anus_Expander..."greasing palms" is a given...I've done it plenty, I've also told a few who expected a greasing to go fuck themselves, and it gave me great satisfaction too.

It could be

1. Secure storage
2. Prisoner holding cell
3. Evidence storage
4. Emergency operations center
5. Training facility

6. More like fear and the militarization of law enforcement against its true own (White) people.

@Cantaloupe...or APCs

Is the special concrete mixed with a chemical (acrylic) hardener? That shit is expensive but it's almost the best you can buy. High-end bunkers are made in the exact same way you are describing.

They "over engineer" those things to ensure they last for 50 years or more, and that can withstand extreme weather events like F4 tornados, strong hurricanes, and etc.

When shit goes south weather wise, or even during unrest they want to be sure critical infrastructure is functioning. The police, fire department, EMS, and etc ALL get built like this. Add to this that the local taxpayers are footing the build costs.

@Kosherhivekicker...you're 100% on the acrylic hardener and the mix can't sit more than 20 min, even in the rotating mixer, they've had to dump 2 batches on the ground because they sat too long. But this is a very expensive project

Local (((governments))) don't care about taxpayer waste, only that their zogbots are protected.

I think your last stance hits the nail on it's head.
Budget mean nothing for public projects. Builders set a price low enough so the project gets approved, then build it how ever they want, knowing even if they go over by three times they will still get payed.
