I believe that we did. I haven't found any convincing evidence to support the idea that we didn't that holds up to scrutiny. The idea that we didn't seems to be another psyop to muddy the waters in my opinion. It's also not a completely retarded position. So I don't put people that think we didn't in the same camp as FE folks. All of that being said, I do think there is a conspiracy to prevent us from returning to the moon, and I can only speculate as to why. Nasa does censor artificial structures, and it looks like there are artificial structures on the moon, one of the more prominent ones being a 2 mile high tower. So, my best guess is that there is ET activity up there that those in power don't want to explain.

I believe the german rocket program's scientists were geniuses and led to huge advances in rocketry, I suspect it is true we went to the moon it is plausible and as someone who knows all manner of film magic none of the common misconceptions of movie magic can explain the footage of the various moon missions, I believe the military applications warranted the technology and I also believe we hqve hundreds if not thousands of low and high orbit satellites and that we have achieved such with far smaller rockets than the ones flown for moon and deep space missions.

I also believe the russians landed probes on venus and that if either nation faked their apace missions the other would have called them out during a proxy war.

Heat mirror is the name of the phenomena iirc you know how in the desert or on a very hot day the ground at your horizon seems to vanish and is replaced by "puddle" looking phenomena, that is also heat mirror the difference is that the phenomena is created by a temperature differential, as I understand it you are looking at the sky reflected from the inverse angle of your observation at the general area of the phenomena, the common form of the phenomena is captured in camera in lawrence of arabia.

For the lake Michigan example I'm pretty sure the heat mirror just isn't happening at the horizon it js happening at some boundry layer in the lower atmosphere where the water vapor and the sky above have a significant heat differential.

This phenomena might also Explain heat lightning looking as if it is going up or horizontal across the sky, although salt content might explain the horizontal.
