Well then they will just take them. Like the Israelis are taking what they want from the Palestinians. No need to invade. You can really only invade a country that’s capable of defending itself. If China really wants your beaches they’re going to use a really polite word like “population displacement.”

You might think it can’t happen to you but that’s what the Palestinians thought like 60 years ago wasn’t it? They were sitting real pretty with all of their olive trees on one of the most beautiful beaches on the Mediterranean and someone just came by and took it.

Dude..."someone just came by and took it" ... I don't think that happened. The Jews and the arabs got on fine in Palestine but then came WW2 and mass migration of Jews to Palestine. The Arabs understandably felt swamped by foreigners as we Australians do and kicked up a fuss. They were offered a State of their own and...this is the real cause of the enduring problem...said "no" and took up arms instead.

But just to clarify; your story is that everyone got along really well until someone offered the Palestinians their own land which they already had so the Palestinians got mad about being offered a country that they all ready had a sovereign right to. In favour of the Arabs I'll say it was unfortunate they were subjected to mass uninvited immigration but...sometimes in life you need to put principles aside (why should we cede some of our land), recognise reality and cut your losses - the Arabs didn't do this and paid a terrible price.But the important thing is they had their chance at getting their own State but didn't take it and for that you can't blame the Jews!
