I think that's a valid argument, I went to look at videos to try & better understand it, and I thought I'd drop a kink in the comments.

I will say this, I know someone who has had laser surgery on their eyes, and they Bitch whenever any car lights hit their eyes. They say after the procedure, their eyes became very sensitive to light at night.

Meh. Put vertically polarized tint on car windshields. This will make the car cooler in the summer and ease eyestrain during daytime.

Then get high intensity, horizontally polarized headlights. The windshields will block most of the light from them, but not the light reflected off matte surfaces.

that still means driving much ... using only low beam headlights that don’t reach very far. That can be dangerous.


WTF. I've been driving for almost 30 years and never turn on my high beams. Country, city, suburbs, I just don't need them.

What's dangerous is these uber-faggots with their brighter than the sun LED headlights that sear the retina off anyone within 123 miles. There is no need for that crap. I'm all for moving to LEDs, but for Pete's sake, tone it down already!
