When cellphones started being popularized in the 90s, I listened to a detective coordinating a raid on a steroids distributor in some harbor up in the SF bay area. Thought about calling the guy they named, but realized that would probably be a bad idea. A lot of people were having late night drama breakdowns on their cellphones back then.
