How do I get these dang birds to stop drinking from and shitting in my dog's outside water bowl?

Ths trouble is, I like the birds. They eat the bugs, like good goy birds should. So, how can I get them to leave my dog's water bowl alone, without scaring them away entirely?

That baffle is actually a great idea. I'll go to dollar tree tomorrow and get me a big bowl and make one. These squirrels are fucked now!
