That's carnivore, not keto. If it were keto, there'd be more broccoli asparagus and avocadoes in those meal pics

[ - ] germ22 10 points 10 months ago (+10/-0)

covid vax?

[ - ] Belmont 9 points 10 months ago (+9/-0)

He said in his profile no. https://twitter.com/TheCarnivoreKid He also said

Every so often, my old triple bypass story resurfaces

And a commenter

Dude took roids before - what did he expect!

[ - ] kammmmak 1 point 10 months ago (+1/-0)

I see no where him admitting the steroids part but sure does talk alot.

[ - ] Belmont 3 points 10 months ago (+3/-0)*

He says https://twitter.com/TheCarnivoreKid/status/1662599461422485507?s=20

Testosterone is not steroids bro.

but https://www.health.harvard.edu/heart-health/testosterone-and-the-heart#:~:text=Athletes%20who%20abuse%20testosterone%20and,%22good%22)%20cholesterol%20levels. says

Athletes who abuse testosterone and other androgenic steroids have a sharply increased risk of high blood pressure, heart attack, and stroke. And in high doses, testosterone can have a negative effect on cardiac risk factors, including HDL ("good") cholesterol levels.

Editing to add: key phrase "testosterone and other androgenic steroids"

[ - ] NukeAmerica [op] 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

So what was it?

[ - ] Her0n 3 points 10 months ago (+3/-0)

This shit happened before covid poison was ever created.

[ - ] Her0n 6 points 10 months ago (+8/-2)

Is this legit?

Probably

No veggies or fruits at all. Where's his fiber? Where's his simple sugars? Where's his vitamins? Wheres his minerals?

I bet his brain lacks many vital nutrients it needs to function.

I'm not shocked when people who deprive themselves of nutrients develope major health issues.

This is the same as when vegetarians and vegans have their health decline in different ways. Humans are omnivores, our teeth reinforce this fact. We are meant to eat a balance of various food types, not dive head first into one or two types of foods.

This guy is just as much a moron as the vegans I'm sure he makes fun of.

Eat a variety of food goats, and stay away from anything processed like seed oils.

If a caveman wouldn't have access to it at all, it's probably bad for you.

[ - ] GrayDragon 5 points 10 months ago (+6/-1)

Eat a variety of food goats, and stay away from anything processed like seed oils.

Agreed. Fruits and vegetables are a requirement along with meat.

If a caveman wouldn't have access to it at all, it's probably bad for you.

My theory is if it did not exist in the 1800s or prior, don't eat it.

[ - ] shitface9000 1 point 10 months ago (+1/-0)

I prefer eating fresh food tbh

[ - ] Outlaw_Aryan 2 points 10 months ago (+2/-0)

"...and stay away from anything processed like seed oils."
Best advice I've seen on here.

[ - ] Illsithereandlaugh 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

I would say we are frugivores more than omnivores. Pigs are omnivores. Chimpanzees are frugivores. But I do think we evolved to be a bit more dependant on animal products.

[ - ] Her0n 1 point 10 months ago (+1/-0)

I have no disagreement on this. I just know that people don't process and absorb nutrients the same throughout their lives. Plus different people process nutrients differently from one another. We all have different needs.

[ - ] Illsithereandlaugh 1 point 10 months ago (+1/-0)

I like your lack of extremism and the will to discuss peacefuly by emphasising our common ground and making your point even clearer.

[ - ] Belfuro 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

Youre an idiot.

Nutrients in plants are locked and lacking required nutrients to unlock.

The amount or iron say we can digest from spinach for example is laughably low.

We can get all our nutrients from meat.
But that requires eating organs, marrow.

We don't need Fibre. We cannot digest it, tell us to eat dirt why don't you.

Fruits are just poison, diabetic hell. Sugar sugar sugar.

And no we don't need sugars and it's fucking irrelevant if sugar is complex or simple. Our bodies break them all down to glucose anyway.

And our bodies can burn ketones instead.

This plant based diet fettish from the the 1950s has killed tens of millions of whites.

And here you are. Pushing that shit.

[ - ] Her0n -1 points 10 months ago (+0/-1)*

You don't know that our livers turn fructose into alcohol and that fiber allows us to process the sugar properly?

How about the fact that different vitamins and nutrients work in harmony to allow us to absorb said nutrients more efficiently?

If you don't know these basic facts then you really are a lost cause.

[ - ] NukeAmerica [op] 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

But there are many carnivores that are healthy, i know a trainer that does it and they have no issues. This guy apparently won’t even say what caused this to his heart.

[ - ] Her0n 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)*

I know vegans who have no issues either, so what does this mean?

To me it means that every human body processes foods differently enough that we each require different amounts of different foods. At least that's what I take away from such phenomenon. I don't care to try to convince someone who dubbed themselves "nukeamerica"

[ - ] UncleDoug 5 points 10 months ago (+6/-1)

The keto diet causes low blood pressure, kidney stones, constipation, nutrient deficiencies, increased risk of heart disease and forces your body into ketosis.

What negates cholesterol naturally? Oatmeal, oat bran and high-fiber foods, low-GI complex carbohydrates which contain soluble fiber.

How about just eating a balanced diet of meat and vegetables?

[ - ] Outlaw_Aryan 4 points 10 months ago (+4/-0)

That would require the slightest bit of common sense. Eating a sensible diet and getting regular exercise is beyond most Muricans these days.

[ - ] Centaurus 2 points 10 months ago (+2/-0)

You cannot produce testosterone without cholesterol.

[ - ] UncleDoug 1 point 10 months ago (+1/-0)

. There is some scientific evidence to suggest that low testosterone levels contribute to cardiovascular disease, and there is ample evidence that as testosterone levels rise, cholesterol levels fall. So the drop in your LDL and HDL levels makes sense.

Eat a balanced diet of good meats, healthy fats and vegetables.
Anyone that states otherwise is ignorant.

[ - ] usedoilanalysis 1 point 10 months ago (+1/-0)

None of that is true, except the ketosis part.

[ - ] UncleDoug 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

List me what vitamins you will be deficient in only eating meat.
You understand we are not carnivores right, and don’t metabolise minerals in the same way as cats?

[ - ] ButtToucha9000 3 points 10 months ago (+3/-0)

I've been omad keto for 5 years. I am deficient in nothing. My blood levels are perfect. Carbs are not required. My ldl triglycerides BP have all been lowered into perfect range. I dont take vitamins.so you're wrong.

[ - ] UncleDoug 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

"Folate (B9), biotin (B7), selenium, choline, vitamins A, E, D, chromium, iodine, magnesium, and molybdenum are among the most common deficiencies that can develop while on a restricted diet like the ketogenic."

Carbs are not required

"Carbohydrate metabolism is a fundamental biochemical process that ensures a constant supply of energy to living cells."

Carbs are absolutely 100% necessary for life or you will die, ask a doctor.

You just think carbs are synonymous with refined sugar. There are good carbs and bad carbs, just as there are good fats and bad fats.

"Carbohydrate has two important advantages, over fat, as a metabolic fuel; it is the only fuel that can produce ATP in the absence of oxygen, and more ATP is produced per O2 consumed when glucose is oxidized, compared with when fat is oxidized."

You are getting your carbohydrates from the allowable list of vegetables on the keto fad diet, you are not carb free.

Fibre and folate are almost definitely compromised if you are strict on your keto diet. You know you can just not eat processed goyslop like cakes, bagels and other trash breads and just call it healthy eating without having to consult guru steinberg?

[ - ] NukeAmerica [op] 1 point 10 months ago (+1/-0)

Keto has already been proven to work by many people though. Where are you getting this carb propaganda from?

[ - ] ButtToucha9000 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

His Jewish grandmother. The only thing carbs are required for is red blood cell production. If you take a 3-5 day break every 2 months you produce what you need. Gluconeogenesis produces any other minoscule glucose needs from proteins.

[ - ] usedoilanalysis 1 point 10 months ago (+1/-0)

I'll be deficient in no vitamins at all. Red meat has everything you need, and without carbohydrates, you no longer need fiber or vitamin C to digest food.

[ - ] UncleDoug 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

LOL, never heard of scurvy huh?

[ - ] usedoilanalysis 1 point 10 months ago (+1/-0)

Scurvy only happens because you don't eat meat and only eat moldy bread. Why do you say such ignorant things on a daily basis, are you trying to set a record or something?

[ - ] UncleDoug -1 points 10 months ago (+0/-1)

Scurvy happens because sailors only ate table crackers and preserved meat. It was the absence of Vitamin C that causes the disease, 100% fact. That's why the English were called limeys, because limes were a part of their provision to ward off the disease where your body decomposes when they discovered the important of that mineral in metabolic function.

Here is a little tad fact, Vitamin C Biosynthesis can no longer be performed by Huamns. We lost the ability to synthesize ascorbic acid due to the lack of an enzyme gluconolactone oxidase due to the prevalence of vit C in our diet because humans are meant to and do eat more than just meat. Humans are omnivores and Vit C is in almost everything we eat, provided you arent on some jew fad diet of sausage meat and burger mince.

Cry harder at not understanding the basics of metabolic function, history, diet or common sense.

[ - ] usedoilanalysis 1 point 10 months ago (+2/-1)

I'm not crying, I'm actually in really good shape, I eat only meat, I have no serum deficiencies and all my numbers look great. I've been this way for the last 2 years straight, I guarantee I'm in better shape than you in every metric you can conceive of.

Let's start with BMI.

[ - ] UncleDoug 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

You don't even know what scurvy is, you are hardly an authority on health.

[ - ] usedoilanalysis 1 point 10 months ago (+1/-0)

I know exactly what it is, and guess what, I don't have it, even though I only eat meat, more of your atheist delusion. You don't know, but think you do, and when confronted by someone who contradicts you, you double down on your delusion, niggers act like this.

[ - ] BushChuck 1 point 10 months ago (+1/-0)

But muh retarded fad diets!

[ - ] rhy 4 points 10 months ago (+4/-0)

If you want to stay thin eat one meal a day. Only one. Make it plenty of meat and veggies and less carbs... Also swim. The more the better

[ - ] Cantaloupe 3 points 10 months ago (+3/-0)

The best way to prevent, slow down or reverse plaquing in the arteries:
• Vitamin K2
• High vitamin C foods
• Vitamin E
• Keep your Omega-6 fatty acids very low and keep your Omega-3 fatty acids very very high

The best foods for blocked arteries:
• Wild-caught salmon
• Sauerkraut (a fermented cabbage product): it's loaded with vitamin K2, it's also loaded with Vitamin C (7 times the RDA)
• A big arugula salad with extra-virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar (or red balsamic vinegar), sunflower seeds, Parmigiano cheese (get the authentic type from Italy), and garlic

Nattokinaise

[ - ] NukeAmerica [op] 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

What to do if you have kidney stones? Vitamin C causes them.

[ - ] BushChuck 2 points 10 months ago (+2/-0)

This dumb fuck is quad boosted, for certain.

edit - lol, no He's a steroid abuser. This is nonsense anti-meat propaganda.

[ - ] MasklessTheGreat 2 points 10 months ago (+2/-0)

This is BS

[ - ] TheBigGuyFromQueens 1 point 10 months ago (+1/-0)

PIC ON RIGHT SIDE REMIND ME OF MY DICK U HEARD

[ - ] parrygrin 1 point 10 months ago (+1/-0)

I don't see homeboy discussing any sort of fasting.

And T is absolutely a steroid.

[ - ] Nosferatjew 1 point 10 months ago (+1/-0)

All his meats are overcooked.

[ - ] kes8 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

Its legit but the dude was pork maxxing which has a lot of pufa.

[ - ] Aze 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

IMO they want to point the finger at his extremely wrong thing meat-eater diet and while never mentioning the real reason.

The missing link here is the vax.

[ - ] NukeAmerica [op] 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

He says on his twatter he didn't take it.

[ - ] Dread_Pirate_Johnson 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

Dr Shawn Baker has been carnivore for 7 years and has a CAC score of 0.

Also this angiogram isn’t qualitative (3D) and does not show the body’s system of anastomeres which function as natural bypasses.

[ - ] RMGoetbbels 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

VAXXED.

Are you vaxxed?

[ - ] x0x7 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

Maybe any kind of extreme diet is bad. It's called extreme for a reason.

[ - ] usedoilanalysis 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

No. Not really.

[ - ] Wahaha 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

Sounds like a vaxxer.

[ - ] Empire_of_the_Mind 0 points 10 months ago (+0/-0)

food is not the cause of this, although some foods cause inflammation which is likely a cause.

[ - ] Outlaw_Aryan 1 point 10 months ago (+3/-2)

More than likely genetic. He was going to have clogged arteries no matter what.

[ - ] Empire_of_the_Mind 5 points 10 months ago (+5/-0)

apparently he has a roids habit, that'll fuck you up

[ - ] Outlaw_Aryan 2 points 10 months ago (+2/-0)

Yep that'll do it!

[ - ] bonghits4jeebus 0 points 10 months ago (+1/-1)

Cholesterol still clogs your arteries. What's supposed to be the magic cure for that again?

[ - ] DukeofRaul 3 points 10 months ago (+3/-0)

Just stay clear of partially hydrogenated oil

[ - ] HeyJames -2 points 10 months ago (+1/-3)

Heart problems are largely genetic.

[ - ] NaturalSelectionistWorker 1 point 10 months ago (+1/-0)

So that's why the mRNA vax causes them, because it affects your genes....

[ - ] HeyJames -1 points 10 months ago (+0/-1)

Yeah that's very likely. Some people are skinny and athletic and still have a heart attack. Knew a guy at age 32 had one in the prime shape of his life and this was back in 2013
