I made my family their gifts this year, pens made from .223 cases and stainless steel tube, the clip is a piece of broken bandsaw blade, flame blued and fixed in place with two M2 cap screws.

These are absolutely beautiful man. Fantastic job! How did you secure the ss tube to the brass? Threaded? Looks super clean. Also, are the guts from a bic pen? Would be easily refillable. Great work goat.

Hey, I press fit them with loctite to make sure they stay together, yeah the guts are just from a disposable Bic, nothing fancy but it works
