They try to force it so hard. Even with toys... pretty much any barbie set with more than one doll includes a brown one. One set had a white doll with a brown dog and the alternative pack had a brown doll with white/yellow dog. Most varieties like the Fashionista or the mystery dolls have only one white doll option or if more the other is disabled in some way, even if merely by having glasses or being fat.

Because of ESG it is about money, but not really about profits. If a public company crosses blackrock/statestreet/vanguard then the company's stock will get hit hard and other companies will refuse to work with you; basically it will make it impossible to run your company.

Side note... I wanted to watch the Loki season two marvel shit but... I just can't get over the ape nose of the actor that plays Kang... This is super irrational even at our standards but damn it.
