I don't really get what you're saying. Do you mean that whites breeding with blacks makes them like spics?
What do those percentages mean?

Race (obviously) isn't just a spectrum of light to dark skin.

Black females are breeding with many different races.
The number of black babies is decreasing.
Half breeds are on the rise.
Spics are indian, african, spanish mutts.
