If you stare into the Abyss long enough it stares back at you and freaks you out. Keep staring, however, and contemplate your purpose and actions. Eventually you will come to know yourself and understand your purpose. Then regrets will no longer haunt you.

If you are being bombed by flashbacks 24/7 could be war related, imprisonment or childhood trauma, imagine a flowing river with all manner of "fatbergs" like the ones that block London sewers floating downstream, whereas if you look more closely you will see they are composed of a matrix of horrors "regrets" indeed .. which is why you don't look at them closely, you just see them flow by and disappear at the bend in the river .. it works for me.

forgive yourself.

if its mind not being able to stop and theres a couple of things that you keep going over and over its because something isnt finished until youve done everything thats possible to fix it even down to emailing an old 'oh i dont even look at that account anymore' email address and hitting them up with that moment. It doesnt actually matter how or if they respond. If its abuse then bang, youve done everything you can to fix it and keep your trap shut. dont respond to it further at all. its a hard one. If the thing you are trying to fix is meant to be fixed in some kind of epically special way (it wont) then even better. but you actually did everything you could, and it is done.

couple of things happened over the last three or so years that made a lot of exactly those nightmares leave and they have not returned once since.

the only other issue i had was strange nights of waking up feeling like you were getting sucked towards kind what i feel now was a spiritual black hole. the more you fought the tireder you got without anything ever changing. Only thing that stopped that for me was turning to God.

Things are getting drastically better very very quickly this year already, so whatever ive been doin, ive been doin it right and survived the biggest psyop and crime against humanity ever unleashed on us.

Best thing to do with a mistake is learn from it. And if possible,to mitigate it's negative repercussions. If you've done all you can, just accept it and move on,baring in mind the lessons learned.

acceptance>>repentance>>transcendence

you have to stop being a faggot and get over your mistakes in life, we all die anyway.
