I have a buddy who's criminal record is fucked up by a glitch. Court secretary or whatever marked him as having a repeat offense out of nowhere. When he went to court he said his lawyer explained to the judge the situation and the prosecutor admitted the problem so he didn't get handled then like he had repeat offenses... but then it's still on his record that way. So if he ever interacts with cops it looks like he's a dude that goes in and out of jail. And if he were to ever have to go to court again he would have to explain this all over to a judge.
