Yes. Never to be used around women and children.

Degenerate is a mental state, not a vocabulary. Fuck off ya niggerfaggot

Depends on the use. When startled/frightened; it is not your language center firing it is the more primitive alarm call center of your brain. This is why Tourette's produces curses. It is the same as monkeys having a unique alarm call for "snake" without having language. Using those words in idle conversation is a bit degenerate; but as they are tied with alarms and emotions, they can also help get your point/feelings across.

If you use them for specific reasons,no. If you use them all the time because your vocabulary is limited and doesn't allow a lot of expression, yes.

No. They are dialectic language. They have relative and subjective meaning according to the region, tribe, or social group using them and the context in which they are used. Groups with different dialects would interpret the meaning and contextulization of such words differently. Dialect is much more than pronunciation, cadence, or vowel emphasis. Dialect includes the entire mental framework of ideas, perceptual understandings, and commonly shared assumptions of any definable group.

No word is unless you put meaning and feelings behind those words. Problem is, everybody's understanding of said word is different.

Depends how they're being used.
