Things should be called what they are. The world at large will go through any degree of mental gymnastics to avoid doing so. So that leaves me with a question.

To make his deeds illegal is one thing but my curiosity remains. Was it genuine rape or was it a voluntary relationship that was given slanderous labels because the lawmakers like manipulative methods that sway public opinion?

The judge is more concerned with the illegal's rights than he is with a 14 year old rape victim citizen.
