It does however heavily imply that if we were speaking German for whatever reason such an image wouldnt exist. After that its a game of follow the chain of logical assumptions.
To be a German speaker it mildly implies there would need to be an event capable of converting their national language to German. That means an event that caused the nation to have German speaking rulers. Since this is about hate towards a race that implies their rulers past and or present are of a certain race that isnt German. That makes this is about Germans removing a certain race from power. For her to say what she did about an innocent and neutral sentence there would need to be an event of sufficient significance to remind her of the word racist. The implication being a historical event involving Germany removing or potentially removing a race or races from power that heavily control other nations...
From such a simple comment she all but admits there is a race that rules over her. A race that permits blacks to publicly champion the death of all whites. A race that would be dealt with if the nation spoke German. I wonder which that race is.
