Nobody knows because you are not supposed to know, so no answer can be given, all you can say for sure is that Frogs, Brits and the US would be ready to use theirs (where we supposedly know the number) use as demanded by them. (And so will the countries, like germany, where warheads are stored.)
So in the end it doesn't matter how many they have, what matters is how many they control.
