If people in some of the poorest nations around can arm six year olds with lethal weapons I see no reason why elsewhere cant also once the government stops its meddling. A thing they cant do without their enforcers. Besides a lethal weapon is far from the only thing you can arm yourself with.
Some don't have the mental capacity to use a firearm safely, or have physical disabilities. What of the blind? A government isn't going to stop its meddling willingly. What makes you think police are the enforcers? What of the FBI, ATF, or the Military? There's plenty of federal entities waiting to take over after the police are disbanded. That's the point of all this, removal of locally run government and replaced by a larger, federal entity. Therein lies world communism.

The police enforces the current (((marxist))) state, and most certainly aren't protecting us from the brown horde. Neither are they respecting our rights; they target nationalists way more persistently than non-Whites.
If police just 'disappeared' in an instant, things would be better in the long run as Whites will have to defend themselves from the brown horde, and in the process wake up as well as get stronger.
But it isn't their plan to "defund the police," they just want a police force completely subservient to them without the pretext of 'protect and serve,' another NKVD.

How narrow of a scope is your time frame, anyway? Police are controlled by politicians, they don't go out and act on their own accord or they lose their careers. This is why militias are important to balance the power. Most cops I know are based, they just can't act on it.
