It's an effective cash cow: It'll be just like 'flu shots'; endless Whac-a-Mole™ chasing 'strains' and "variants". Everyone, every year will get a "vaccine" that was developed to fight the "variant" from six months ago.
For a bit there they were trying to push the Freedom Pass which requires you to get two injections a week if you want to be permitted the smallest degree of freedom.
The powers that be will make public ideas they want to exist to see public reaction. Opposition doesnt mean they gave up. To them its just a matter of pushing towards the goal until it succeeds.
