they claim during the beta you'll see 50Mb/s to 150Mb/s, but most people are seeing speeds up to 300Mb/s, with consistent speeds around 170 - 200. No data caps at the moment, they expressed disinterest in instating them, but it's possible they may have to if they can't find other ways to keep individuals from monopolizing bandwidth. This will be alleviated in the future with more sat launches.
99$ a month. Way better than the only options I have, which would be the other geo stationary sat internet options. We're not super close to any cell tower, so our cell connections are what we use right now, but the throttling is awful after like 10gb in a given month.

Eh, we tend to forget or don't notice that we entered a new billing period, and we end up burning through it in the course of an hour or two on our 4k TV with YouTube. We mostly just live with the awful throttling all month long
