ACTUALLY, I HAVE TO STATE THIS GIVEN I'M PRAISING GOOD PEOPLE WHOM I KNOW...there's 2 guys in South Dakota, 1 in Lead (near Deadwood) and the other in Hill City, I don't think it would be out line and that I would be an asshole for mentioning a business owned by one of these good men, so, asshole or not, "SIC VICK'S HOUSE OF HORSEPOWER" in Hill City, by my/our standards, is owned by a very decent human being and buddy in Lead, there isn't anything that I can say, no matter how emphatic the praise, that could leave his image better than what it is now (I can't get into specifics)...when being thousands of miles from home """(away from mom)"""you'll never feel "loneliness" when in the company of people you can trust. Last year while on a project in downtown Toronto I got into a conversation with the mechanic pertaining to the geopolitical world, more specifically, as to expound on this part of our conversation, ISLAM.

But the mechanic was from Northern Turkey and he was White, his wife was from Serbia and was a good looking White girl, and incidentally, his older brother owns the Demag Terex crane dealership for the Baku/Caspian region he loaned his brother to Canadian dealerships to assist in advanced technical trouble shooting issues, and he was good at wrenching,but the mechanic told me when he introduced himself that he was a muslim, but a cultural muslim, cultural islam, and not an IDEOLOGICAL MUSLIM. Those words had a loud ring to them. And then proceeds with his hate for ideological islam ie the muslim brotherhood, the
Wahabists, the Salifists, Sunni, Shia and then Erdogan.

Now the end of this post. And this is what he told me.

Looking back at the younger years I think of how everyday life was a lot less complicated and a lot more fun. BUT EVERYTHING FELL THROUGH FOR THE CROOKED COPS BECAUSE ONE COP COULDN'T EXPLAIN AS TO WHY 5LBS OF "COMMODITY" WENT MISSING OUT OF THE EVIDENCE VAULT AND LESS THAN HALF OF THAT 5LBS OF COMMODITY WAS FOUND IN HIS OFFICE DRAWER...AND...THE MAIN UNDERCOVER COP PASSED OUT AT A PARTY AND A FEW OTHER "BUBBAS" WENT THROUGH EVERYTHING THAT HE CAME TO THE PARTY WITH...WHEN THE DUMB FUCK CAME TO THE NEXT DAY HIS "BOOTS" WERE PACKED WITH DOG SHIT, HIS PANTS WERE TO HIS KNEES, HIS SERVICE WEAPON WAS GONE, HIS BODY WIRES AND RECORDING DEVICE (which was in his undercover car) WAS GONE AND 1.5 YEARS OF SURVEILLANCE DOCUMENTATION WAS GONE...and a few other things which cannot be divulged...YET.

But my cousin, El(L) ZYANKALIUM ('L' for lethal)...he had a thing for poison darts and air guns, would always cut me down for being too soft. I've had my fill of wild game meat over the course of the last half century and eventually got tired of it, actually after getting dental implants in my upper jaw the taste for food really changed, even somewhat diminished to where it was demoralizing because I really loved to eat...I have to chew and chew on something to finally realize the taste and it's fucking irritating.

Wild game, as a rule, is tough, dry and unsavory, it's all in the prep and spicing and of course cooking temp. There's no way that a moose steak is going to taste good if cooked like a beef steak. But when it comes to venison the smell of it cooking will swear one off eating it for a lifetime, the nose never forgets a bad smell.

A while back buddy up the road from me shot an 8pointer in my yard, he butchered it up and gave me a few lbs of steak, in short, after a minute on the barbecue I couldn't stand the smell, given that my area has a lot of swamp and cedar it only made sense that the meat was going to be swamping. It was putrid and I tossed it out for coyote bait.

A few months ago buddy cooked up a venison roast from a young spike horn that he bagged in a corn field in Indiana and wanted me to stay for dinner, I told him that I had no taste for deer meat anymore but that I would try it anyway...I couldn't get enough of it. Fucking tender and no wild taste because it was fed like a cow and not a swamp creature.

The big bio threat that it was yet nobody had any concerns about handling and disposing the contaminated byproducts, both intended and unintended.

A POINT OF INTEREST...I'm out on lake Superior ice fishing last year, the world's largest fresh water lake shared by 2 countries, 1province, 3states, 2 time zones and approximately 1million people...the circle route of Superior is over 1thousand miles, 2×12hr days on a "HAWG", it's a big fucking lake...world class sunrise and sunset and many times I've drank the water right out of the lake. Superior is a world class lake that has a spiritual draw to it, whether it's the crashing of 30ft waves onto a 1,000ft rock face or an ember red sunset smothered by a sapphire sky, whatever it is about Lake Superior there's not enough....WHICH IS WHY I GOT SO FUCKING PISSED OFF WHEN I STEPPED OUT OF MY ICE FISHING SHACK AT SUNSET AND A FUCKING STUPID FACE DIAPER IS CARRIED BY THE WIND AND GOES RIGHT BY ME...THAT WAS FUCKING SICKENING.

I'm in my bush cabin (on my property) and just got the woodstove fired up. I had to open the window to clear the air of smoke and as I do so a hawk swoops in right in front of the window and picks off a starling. I've seen it often here but it made me think of how life goes.

One minute everything is going well...in a split second everything can change and life is no more.

It's that simple...we're all starlings...we'll never hear that hawk swooping in on us and it will happen when least expected.
