Look, you might think this is a shill. You might think I'm some niggerfagget. Whatever.
I'm here to seek help, and here's the background:
1) I was one of the first users to the old Voat. I really was, even got that nice badge. Contributed some. Too bad it went down.
2) I very much identified with, thoroughly checked and ultimately believed everything in the usual topics we discuss. My redpill journey started long before that, but Voat was great in maintaining it.
Here's the problem:
Up until 2 weeks ago I also believed everything about the coronahoax. How it's all a setup, how vaccines are bad, how there's something fishy...
And to some degree, I still do. I've been called in to get my vaccine 4 times now and ignored it, but two weeks ago something happened that started putting a dent into my redpill: If I was wrong about this, what else am I wrong about?
I feel it slipping away from me and I need to be turned around before it's too late.
What happened is this:
Almost a week and a half ago I wake up to find a text from my mother: 'your father has corona, he just tested positive, i tested negative. call me when you wake up.'
Initially, I was like: 'don't worry it's fine' but my mother basically said:
A colleague (the only one he ever sees or shares an office with) felt ill so he got tested and he was positive. He let your father know about it and your father tested positive as well.
My father started having diarheea, within 24 hours it was followed by a mild fever. In the next 24 hours a dry cough started developing. Within 72 hours of him testing positive he was running a high fever and a cough. Things got progressively worse and 7 days in, he got hospitalized and put on oxygen. His cough was dry and prevented him from drawing too much air. He couldn't talk much without coughing.
He took Arbidol, Remedisivir, Hydroxycholoroquine, Azythormicine and a bunch of other things - some at my suggestion. Nothing helped. Nothing brought his fever down.
He's now in the hospital and got put on oxygen supplemented withy hydrocortisone (apparently put inside the oxygen supply - he said it smells like medicine - the oxygen being fed to him). He's still at it but stopped getting worse.
In the same house my mother and grandmother lived.
My grandmother developed a fever as well. She's 90. She got taken to the hospital. No cough, but she stopped recognizing people. No, not hallucinating, her fever isn't that high.
My mother - about 4 days later (starting from about yesterday morning) started developing a fever as well. Today was the highest she's had it, but I fear she'll end up in the hospital too, since she seems to be progressing even faster since her fever first showed. She has no cough either, but her oxygen level is low (they bought one of those finger oxymeters or what they're called and she went from 98 to 94 to 90 at the last check about 4 hours ago when I spoke to her).
I fear the worst for them, and in the same time, I'm here asking for help: why should I care what the vaccine does to me in 5 or 10 years, or that I have a chance of developing some other thing that could mess me up, when this thing might kill me before that anyway, seeing as what my folks are going through.
And furthermore, if I was so wrong about this, what else is there that I'm taking at face value? I spent the last 6 months doing 'research' on all of this and apparently it was all for naught. I was wrong and I'm scared shitless I will loose my entire family before they have a chance to meet their grandkids.
TL;DR - I didn't believe coronachan was that serious, but my family is now in the hospital.

My grandma is now dead, couldn't even attend funeral.
My mother is now also in hospital.
